Production Flow of Decorative Woven Mesh
The whole weaving procedure begins with crimping processing: professional crimping machines process warp and weft wires in different specifications to form regular wave creases. Warp wires are arranged in order and fixed by the loom heald frame. The up-and-down movement of the heald frame forms weaving openings, then weft wires are interlaced and threaded through by manual or automatic devices.
After weft wires are fixed in position, the loom shuttle compacts weaving joints tightly to guarantee overall structural density. The heald frame adjusts positions repeatedly to form stable up-down interweaving structure, realizing continuous and standardized mesh weaving production.
